International Students - Applications for International Students

Are you not a Portuguese or EU national and would like to attend a higher education course (a Bachelor's or Integrated Master's degree) at the University of Porto? You can apply to one of the vacancies we have available for you.

The Special Call for Applications for International Students regulates the applications to the University of Porto's 1st cycle courses (Bachelor's Degree) and Integrated Master's Degree for applicants who do not have Portuguese nationality or the nationality of another member state of the European Union. They therefore have the International Student Status (ISS).

  • you have a Portuguese secondary school diploma or an equivalent qualification;
  • you have a diploma or certificate issued by a competent authority in your country of origin that proves acceptance and entrance into higher education.
