First Degree in Agricultural Engineering

The 1st cycle in Agricultural Engineering aims at providing students with solid training founded on the basic Agricultural sciences, with a stream focused on Agrarian Production and an alternative stream focused on Food Science and Technology. The course is designed to allow students to acquire and consolidate the essential skills necessary to work as qualified professionals in the areas of primary and secondary production.

Job Opportunities

Graduates of Agricultural Engineering are equipped with knowledge of plant and animal physiology as well as skills in agricultural system management and an understanding of the dynamics of the agricultural ecosystem, allowing them to work as agricultural engineers in enterprises engaged in the primary production of plant or animal products or in consultancy as well as with services or entities that connect agriculture with the environment, industry and rural development.
