The U.Porto Programme for Multidisciplinary Education and Training - Youth Impulse STEAM & Adults Impulse is a project co-funded by the Portuguese Republic's Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) - under the "Next Generation EU" mechanism - that aims to contribute to the effort of (re)qualifying the Portuguese population in the most diverse fields of knowledge, namely in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM).

What we seek?

  • To modernize the training offer at U.Porto, diversifying and improving the conditions for lifelong learning, both in degree granting training (1st and 2nd cycles) and in continuous education;
  • Attract more and better students, promoting academic success and the access to an integral formation, as citizens and professionals;
  • To improve students' employability, by promoting a network of consistent partnerships with important external entities in each scientific area;
  • To modernise spaces and technological infrastructures for teaching-learning and research at U.Porto.
