Scientific research and writing in Nutrition Sciences
The main objectives of the Course are: - Define a research question and the corresponding search expression; - Identify the main sources of scientific information; - Know the necessary steps for the elaboration and publication of a scientific paper in Nutrition and Food Sciences, for each type of study: quantitative, qualitative studies and systematic reviews and meta-analyses; - Understand the challenges of scientific publication in Nutrition Sciences, namely the selection of journals for publication.
