Food and nutrition for older people: training for caregivers
The objectives of this course are: - Optimize the quality of life in the senior population through the practice of healthy eating.; - Recognize the relevance of healthy eating practices for active aging and the control of various pathologies; - Know the main dietary and nutritional recommendations applied to the population over 65 years old; - Training in healthy cooking techniques and preparing healthy meals: complete, varied and balanced, quick and easy to execute. This course will consist of 8 hours of contact, which corresponds to 5 theoretical hours and 3 practical hours, corresponding to a total of 27 hours (1 ECTS credit), e-learning.
