Mindful and intuitive eating: theoretical foundations and application in clinical practice
This course aims to deepen knowledge in the area of nutrition and eating behavior, with the main objectives being:
1. Provide knowledge about full attention (mindfulness), conscious eating, self-compassion and intuitive eating;
2. Develop skills for understanding conscious and intuitive eating in the context of nutritional care for adults;
3. Acquire and apply practical skills of conscious and intuitive eating in the context of clinical practice.
The study plan for this training will consist of 18 contact hours, face-to-face, divided into 9 theoretical hours and 9 theoretical-practical hours. Theoretical-practical hours include the distributed evaluation and the final exam. 36 hours of self-study are planned, making a total of 54 hours.
