Masters Degree in Communication and Management of Creative Industries
The Master's Degree in Communication and Management of Creative Industries provides students with advanced training in areas related to Communication and Management of Creative Industries, for graduates who would like to pursue a professional or research career in the transversal field of Creative Industries. This master’s degree course equips students with scientific, technical and relational skills that foster an entrepreneurial – and intrapreneurial – attitude for the creation of creative businesses and projects that contribute to regional and national development in a global context.
Management, marketing, direction, creation and other activities in companies in the creative industry, including sectors related to media and communication; Positions in creative projects, including working as a freelancer, entrepreneur or employee in small, medium and large companies associated with creative work in the following industries: media, publishing, music and audiovisual content in sound production and design, television and cinema, radio and online production, multimedia, digital agencies, consultants; Positions in governmental entities, non-profit organisations, cultural entities, museums, galleries; and also other private and public companies or organisations which create value mainly through creativity; Preparation for doctoral research in culture, communication, media, business, projects in creative industries and organisations which depend on creative work.
