Food photography with applications in the clinical area, public health, industry, catering and food marketing is increasingly a differentiating competence from a professional point of view. This course, taught by nationally and internationally recognized professional photographers, is intended to provide trainees with essential theoretical and technical knowledge of photographic capture, from a food product perspective.
Operating mode:
This course consists of 30 hours of contact in a theoretical-practical format, in person.
