The Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MEM) from FEUP offers advanced training in the field, founded on methods, techniques and the use of computer resources in various areas of Mechanical Engineering (construction and maintenance of equipment, production and management of energy, production planning and management, automation, new materials and products), as well as skills in scientific computing, databases and management CAD/CAM/CAE and computer applications for automation. The course also equips students with technical and personal skills, recognised as highly important in the business world and which are essential for pursuing professional careers nationally and internationally.
