Report Incident

Reporting computer security incidents is extremely important. Let us know whenever you suspect an attack or failure in U.Porto's systems or infrastructures.

  1. Send an email to the address [email protected] briefly indicating the security incident in the subject and describing the incident in detail in the message body, emphasizing information that speeds up the process, namely: affected machine(s), operating system in use, applications in use, type of attack, compromised areas and other relevant information that helps to mitigate the incident;

  2. After receiving the email, an automatic response will be generated, which will include the ticket number assigned to the incident;

  3. Keep the ticket number in the "subject" field of the messages exchanged.
