Go to your personal page and choose the "U.Porto Student Card" option on the sidebar

You will be able to see the card issue status and other useful information

Click on the "Request a new card" button

Fill in the form and submit the request.

If you need a new issue of your U.Porto Student Card, you can request a 2nd copy of the U.Porto card.
