Masters Degree in Food Service Management
The Master in Food Service Management has as main objectives:
- The acquisition of skills that allow the professional to play an important role in the management of units in the production and distribution of meals and related areas;
- The acquisition of a set of skills and tools for professionals in the collective food sector, in order to optimize resources for the promotion of a safe, healthy and sustainable food supply;
The Masters in Food Service Management by FCNAUP will be able to play a differentiating role in the approach to food safety and quality in food services, as well as in the definition and implementation of a food supply based on the basic principles of health and sustainability.
Working days: Fridays and Saturdays, full days (in person).
