Artificial nutrition in critically ill patients This course is not active.

This course aims to develop knowledge, skills and competences in the field of artificial nutrition in critically ill patients, namely:
- Understand how to apply the knowledge acquired in different topics, including the assessment of nutritional status, the physiology of the digestive system, enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition;
- Understand how to implement a culture of multi and interdisciplinarity in the evaluation and discussion of nutritional therapy in your workplace;
- Understand how to intervene in specific areas of nutritional therapy: artificial nutrition in critically ill patients, in surgical patients, in cancer patients and hydro-electrolytic alterations.

Duration: 54 hours total, of which 36 hours of contact and 18 hours of autonomous study, b-learning.
