What do we do?
- We support students and graduates to become active agents in building their careers - careers aligned with their values, interests and objectives, thus increasing personal and professional satisfaction and fulfillment;
- We map and disseminate good practices developed by the career services of the Faculties and other University services, as well as other entities, which contribute to promoting employability;
- We challenge these services and entities to reflect on the challenges and trends in the job market and in the area of career development, and to co-construct innovative initiatives tailored to the needs of the different target audiences;
- We seek to deconstruct the idea that careers are linear. We see them as continuous processes of personal and professional development, shaped by individual, social, cultural and economic factors.
