First, what do we do in Vocational Guidance and Career Facilitation?


Our service provides individualised support over a series of continuous sessions. With the support of experienced professionals, you will be able to:

  • Getting to know themselves better: getting to know their concerns, uncertainties and insecurities and identifying their values, skills and interests;
  • Develop vocational skills and acquire the tools to (re)build your vocational and professional project autonomously and confidently;
  • Define realistic and measurable objectives: create your career plan;
  • Find the best opportunities for you: discover career options that reconcile your dreams, your passions, your skills and the needs of the market;
  • Learn different career paths: think about which might be right for you.

Target audience

Students from all study cycles and academic years and graduates who feel the need to (re)explore and re-evaluate their (academic and professional) paths and (re)discover (new) training and/or career opportunities.


How can you build your career with us?

  • Vocational Guidance Process: In the sessions, various activities are proposed aimed at self-knowledge, exploration of their history and life experiences, their personal characteristics, values, skills and interests, exploration of existing areas, activities and opportunities (training and professional), predisposition and preparation for participation in activities that promote direct contact with contexts/professionals.
  • Career Facilitation Process: Starting with a contextualisation of what the career facilitation and management process is, the sessions will cover: self-exploration and self-knowledge, exploring the labour market and career opportunities, developing a career plan, building a personal brand, preparing for recruitment and selection processes and networking.
  • Sessions for preparing applications and interviews: Short sessions to help create an attractive CV, motivation letter and a professional profile that stands out in the eyes of recruiters and to support preparation for selection interviews.
