In order to support career building and promote the development of lifelong employability for students and graduates of the 3rd cycle of studies, we have designed a resource center that could be the tool you need to take the next step in your career.
This resource center was designed and implemented as part of the "Skills 4 Post-COVID - Competences for the future in Higher Education" competition (POCH-I2-2022-01), the "Skills for a Next Generation U.Porto" project (Upskilling U.Porto) and had the technical contribution of various representatives from Organic Units (FEUP, FPCEUP, ICBAS) and Research Centers (i3s), PhD students and PhD graduates, tutors and course directors, as well as formal and informal entities. This project was also supported by the EUGLOH network and the DocTalent4EU project.
UP Doctoral Careers stems from the PhD Career Design project, initiated in 2021 by a technical team made up of elements from various U.Porto units, namely the U.Porto Rectory's Talent and Career Center, FPCEUP's Work Psychology Consulting Service, FEUP's Talent Unit, ICBAS's Student Support, Employability and Alumni Office, i3s and FEUP's Teaching and Learning Laboratory. It also received support from the "Skills for a Next Generation U.Porto" (Upskilling U.Porto) project under the POCH-I2-2022-01 Call for Skills4 Post Covid - Skills for the Future in Higher Education. It is currently managed with the contribution of the technical team and various representatives of the Organic Units of the U.Porto, Research Centers, Doctoral Students, Doctoral Students, Doctoral Advisors, Directors of Doctoral and Doctoral Programs, formal and informal entities. It also has the support of the EUGLOH network and the DocTalent4EU project.
