You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the appointment request.
The appointment will be communicated to the student by email.
The student can request a follow-up appointment online, by phone, by email, or in person.
Booking an appointment for another speciality can be done by email, telephone or online. If online, you will need to complete the form again.

The request for a rescheduled appointment can be made in person, online, by telephone or by email. The student should indicate in the email the availability for the rescheduling.

At the pandemic's beginning, the SASUP Board decided to suspend payment for access to health services (except Sexual Health and Dental Medicine consultations, where access conditions are maintained).
