For an integrated and timely response, SASUP provides, in its Head Office building, the services of a One-Stop Service Desk, which consists of a general and multifunctional space for all contacts established with SASUP through various communication channels (face-to-face, telephone and e-mail), related to the areas that integrate them: Scholarships and other social support, Accommodation, Health and Food.
The goal of the One-Stop Service Desk is to simplify relations with SASUP, providing a single point of contact so that the Academic Community of the U. Porto and the general public spend less time and effort in obtaining the information they seek, thus contributing to the efficiency of the service, as well as to the reliability, timeliness and safety of the information.
