Databases are systems with structured bibliographic information and cover all areas of knowledge.

They index a range of scholarly journals from different publishers, educational institutions and public and private research organisations. They allow searching in a variety of ways and are the most appropriate tools for finding scientific articles on a particular topic or subject.
