Masters Degree in Food Science and Technology
Jointly offered by FCUP and the School of Engineering of the University of Minho, the Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology provides training aimed at solving problems related to the Agri-food Industries and food. Students acquire skills in different fields including food processing and quality, new product development (taking into account nutritional and sensory aspects), as well as the certification of the food safety management system.
