Masters Degree in Food Service Management
The Master’s Degree course in Food Service Management offered by FCNAUP is aimed at professionals working in the fields of Nutrition, Life Sciences, and the Technological Sciences, equipping students with specialist knowledge and skills in food management, security and quality. Students will develop skills that will allow them to optimise meal production processes, quality control and the creation of new nutritionally desirable and safe alternatives with a good cost/benefit ratio.
