Masters Degree in Gastronomic Sciences
Offered jointly by FCNAUP and the School of Hospitality and Tourism of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, this innovative Master's Degree in Gastronomic Sciences combines scientific domains in the fields of Nutrition and Food Science with the practical concepts of the fields of Catering and Gastronomy, creating an educational “recipe” founded on a blend of scientific knowledge and its practical, real-world application. During the course, students will acquire scientific skills in various fields, covering nutrition, cooking techniques, culture, sustainability, innovation, marketing and entrepreneurship.
