Masters Degree in Gastronomic Sciences
Comprised of a highly qualified faculty in the study areas of FOOD and GASTRONOMY, the Master in Gastronomic Sciences (MCG) has as a special focus the training and qualification of professionals who operate in the gastronomy sector.
It was created to provide advanced training in this area, facilitating the acquisition of skills to innovate and act in a conscious, rigorous and responsible manner. Adds to Gastronomy, the areas of Nutrition, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, as well as Culture.
The Course has teaching activity at the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto, as well as as in the School of Hospitality and Tourism of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto.
