Immunotherapy and Immunomodulation

The discovery and use of therapeutics that modulate the immune response have undergone an exponential evolution in recent decades with transversal applicability in different areas of Medicine.
This course aims to improve the understanding of immune modulation mechanisms and acquire knowledge related to strategies that promote immunomodulation through recognizing immunological mechanisms, therapeutic targets, and the clinical implementation of immunotherapy and immunomodulation. Additionally, it aims to develop new skills in the management of these therapies in clinical practice, using clinical models from different fields.
