This course is designed for professionals, researchers or students in the areas of Health, Information Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics who intend to acquire or develop knowledge and skills that allow them to apply the different basic techniques of statistics to biomedical data using real databases and the data analysis software "R". It thus intends to meet the training needs existing in the scientific areas concerned.
Job Opportunities
At the end of the course, students should be able to interpret a large part of the results of statistical analysis present in the biomedical literature. They should also be able to use data analysis software to introduce and prepare data for statistical analysis as well as perform basic descriptive and inferential data analyses.
