To transmit to the trainees the fundamentals of the diplomatic institution: historical evolution, functions, typology and current challenges / relevance in the contemporary world; | Analyze the diplomatic action of various actors, linking theory and practice; | Elaborate the theoretical and empirical framework of diplomacy as an instrument of foreign policy, and the principles of political and economic diplomacy as the central axis of international politics; | Promote the deepening and autonomous investigation by the trainees.
