Workshop of Healthy Vegetarian Cooking
Objectives:
- Cooking vegetarian dishes in a healthy way;
At the end of the course, participants are expected to:
- Familiarize yourself with the main recommendations for a healthy vegetarian diet;
- Know and apply healthy cooking techniques, applied to different cooking methods;
- Prepare balanced vegetarian meals that are quick and easy to execute.
Contents:
- Food and nutritional recommendations for vegetarians;
- Healthy cooking techniques and their application in the elaboration of healthy and nutritionally balanced vegetarian recipes.
Duration: 3 h of contact, in person.
