Doctoral Degree in Philosophy
The Doctoral Programme from FLUP offers an advanced education in philosophy, centred on acquiring, refreshing, using and producing knowledge which, using Philosophy as a starting point, allows for an understanding of the great issues raised by science, technology, society and culture.
Throughout the course students are encouraged to participate in research activities in the U.Porto Philosophy Institute, enabling them to enter the international Philosophy teaching and research context.
