The Doctoral Programme in Surveying Engineering offered by FCUP aims to provide students with solid and advanced knowledge in the Surveying Engineering domain, as well as equip students with the necessary skills to develop high quality research autonomously on a topic that is scientifically and technologically relevant. The work developed should lead to the publishing of scientific articles in international journals, to the development of new applications, to new systems that acquire or process geographical information, in a way that contributes to the progress of scientific and technological knowledge.
