First Degree in Drawing
The Bachelor's Degree course in Drawing offered by FBAUP is an innovative programme which explores drawing in the artistic field and in its professional applications in different sectors: graphic narratives, scientific illustration, animation, graphic reporting and cultural mediation.
The course is supported by FBAUP's historical relationship with drawing practice and education as well as specialised teaching and research staff. It offers intensive training based on different analogue media and digital technologies, history and drawing theory and context collaboration, where each student develops his/her vocation with the flexibility to work in diverse artistic and professional fields.
The Bachelor's Degree in Drawing provides access to postgraduate and master’s degree courses in the following fields: drawing, fine arts, design, artistic education, illustration and animation. Students may benefit from international mobility programmes in other European universities.
Artistic activities; comic strips and graphic novels; traditional and digital animation; applied digital drawing; scientific, ethnographic, medical and archaeological illustration; graphic reporting; drawing education; cultural mediation, scenography and costume design.
