Ethics Committee

Erasmus+ Mobility
The scientific community can participate in two types of Erasmus+ mobilities: Staff Mobility for Training (STT) and Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignments (STA). These missions are primarily linked to teaching activities and are intended for academic staff and researchers with teaching responsibilities associated with their roles. Researchers with an employment contract with U.Porto are eligible for Individual Mobility Actions, provided they meet the requirements, for all Erasmus+ mobility calls issued by the International Relations Office.
Frascati Manual

Institutional Affiliation
The institutional address reflects the affiliation of members of the U.Porto academic community to one or more institutions they are associated with. Directive Nº GR 04/09/2024 reinforces and clarifies recommendations regarding the mention of institutional affiliation in the scientific, cultural, and artistic outputs authored by U.Porto’s academic community. The ultimate goal is to standardise such mentions, enhancing the recognition and visibility of both the University of Porto and its members.
Narrative CV
The Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment, promoted by the Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment (CoARA) - of which the University of Porto is a signatory - establishes the Narrative CV as the format that best reflects researchers' competencies and prior experience. This approach encourages the creation of a more descriptive and evidence-based document, moving away from the traditional, concise format.
