Digital Cardiac Auscultation

Cardiac auscultation is essential in medical practice and an indispensable complement to the clinical examination. Learning the cardiac auscultation technique is of utmost importance once the identified alterations often constitute the first indicators of cardiac disease and allow delineating the initial strategies of complementary study and therapeutic orientation. Acoustic stethoscopes have been the instruments traditionally used in auscultation teaching.
