To map the main changes in the teaching profession (and the education system) over the last 50 years from a socio-historical and biographical perspective.
To design qualitative research projects in education based on teaching life stories.
To organize the collection of multimodal data, their analysis, discussion and communication in a cooperative perspective.
To evaluate the impact of the professional life stories (performed and projected) on training (initial and continuous) and teaching practice.
To produce recommendations on the relevance of intergenerational dialogue within the framework of an (urgent and critical) context of generational renewal of teaching.
