Masters Degree in African Studies
The 2nd Cycle in African Studies falls under the University of Porto’s scientific, educational and cultural outreach perspective. The course’s study plan is structured around the key concepts of internationalisation, interdisciplinarity, and knowledge transfer and development. In addition to an academic dissertation, the MAF offers its students the opportunity to undertake a project or internship in governmental or non-governmental organisations, with ties to society, culture and industry. The study plan benefits from the participation of the University of Porto in research and international cooperation networks.
