UP.PT - Faculty of Engineering

This course aims to educate professionals who wish to combine expertise in management techniques with comprehensive training in engineering. The course consists of training in mathematics and physics, along with integrated knowledge of technological questions in the fields of Design and Manufacturing, Fluids and Energy, and Industrial Automation. Students acquire wide-ranging knowledge about the way the economy and businesses work. Graduates should assist in decision-making when working in organisations as active agents for change and innovation. Students are encouraged to develop different social skills, such as the ability to communicate, social responsibility and group work.
