Concept
Creating a classroom climate conducive to interaction and collaboration is the responsibility of the teachers and also depends on the students, who play a decisive role. For the pedagogical relationship to be successful, it is imperative that they are willing to:
- participate actively in lessons;
- collaborate with colleagues;
- take responsibility for their own learning.
One of the most important characteristics of classroom atmosphere is the quality of interpersonal relationships between students and between teachers and students.
It is also known that emotions are an important factor in the learning process. Although systematic teaching, even if boring, can generate good test results, it is not enough to inspire a lasting commitment to learning. In turn, a motivating and engaging classroom climate guarantees the quality of teaching and learning in the long term.
