Masters Degree in Biology and Water Quality Management
The Master's Degree in Biology and Water Quality Management from FCUP equips students with the necessary skills to resolve issues related to the biological aspects of water and its uses. The course offers training especially focused on the use of biology in assessing water quality, in particular regarding aspects linked to major water-related public health issues, as well as Portuguese and European legislation in this domain, taking into consideration the various uses of water resources (environmental protection, human consumption, recreation, fishing, agriculture).
