The Confucius Institute is the official Chinese entity responsible for teaching and promoting the Chinese language internationally. The mission of the Confucius Institute at the University of Porto is to spread the teaching of Chinese language and culture in Portugal and to promote and disseminate exchanges between Portugal and China.
