Objectives:
- It is intended that the trainees are productive, proactive and professionally efficient through knowledge and understanding of concepts related to management;
- Provide trainees with knowledge and management techniques at the level of strategic, operational and tactical planning applied to the management of food units in the social sector.
Duration: 81 hours total, of which 30 hours of contact, b-learning.
