In the iOS home screen, select the "Settings" option.

select "Add VPN Configuration".

Type: L2TP
Description: VPN (L2TP) FEUP, in this example
Server: feup-vpn.up.pt, in this example - consult the Table of VPN service addresses of U.Porto[1]
Account: insert your Information System user in the form up[123456789]@[institution].up.pt[2]
Password: insert the password of the Information System
Secret: VPN_UPDIGITAL
Send All Traffic: On
PROXY: Off
"Add VPN Configuration" screen
Select "Done"
Go back to the "VPN" screen
"Profile of the new VPN connection" Screen
In the "VPN" screen, on the "Status" line, select the "Connect" button.
"VPN" Screen
If the connection is established, the status is described as "Connected" and the VPN icon will appear in the notifications area.
