Data corresponding to your mobile phone number and alternative email address are subject to a confirmation process. Not confirmed data is identified with an exclamation mark and confirmed data includes a check mark.

Changing a mobile phone and/or an alternative email
- Log in to the Information System.
- Click on your name to access your personal page and select the "Configure" option on the sidebar in the "Administration" menu.
- In the "Configure" page, change the information corresponding to your mobile phone and/or alternative email address. Note that if you change your mobile phone number, it should belong to a Portuguese network.
- Click on the "Submit" button at the end of the "Configure" page.
Every time there is a change to your mobile phone and/or alternative email, all your personal contacts in the Information System will receive a notification message.
Confirming a mobile phone
- You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code to the mobile phone number.
- Insert the confirmation code next to the mobile phone number inserted in the "Configure" page of the Information System.
- Click on the "Submit" button at the end of the "Configure" page.
- You will be sent to the confirmation page of the request to change contact data.
- Insert your credentials to access the Information System.
- Your mobile phone number is confirmed.
- You will be sent to your personal page again, where your mobile phone number will be marked as confirmed.
Confirming an alternative email
- You will receive a confirmation email in the alternative email inbox.
- Click on the link included in the confirmation email before it expires.
- The link will send you to the confirmation page of the request to change contact data.
- Insert your credentials to access the Information System.
- Your alternative email address is confirmed.
- Your will be sent to your personal page again, where your alternative email will be confirmed.
