Every year, the Communication and Image Office, in partnership with the Student Support, Employability and Alumni Office and AEICBAS, organize an open day for future university students. The event, usually scheduled for July, aims to present ICBAS, clarify doubts and guide the decision-making process of secondary school students in the phase of choosing a higher education course.

ICBAS Open Day will take place on July 17, 2025, with the aim of helping those who are about to choose their future home for the coming years in their decision-making process.
With the theme “Freedom to Be, to Choose, to Experiment, and to Relate,” this year's session will take place throughout the day, with students arriving at 9:00 a.m. The day begins with a welcome session led by ICBAS director Henrique Cryne de Carvalho and AEICBAS president Carolina Domingues, followed by a presentation of the educational offerings. In the afternoon, participants have the opportunity to take part in practical workshops and a peddy-paper tour of the institution. The day ends with a sunset.
