Possible doctoral programs resulting from collaborations between two educational institutions.

ICBAS awards the title "European Doctorate" (approved by the Confederation of European Rectors' Councils) to the doctoral degree it confers on those who:

  • has carried out, during his/her doctorate, a period of research of at least one full quarter as part of the work for the preparation of the doctoral thesis at a university in a European country, under a previous work/research plan that has the agreement of ICBAS

Co-tutorship

The international co-tutorship applies to students enrolling in similar doctoral programmes recognized as such by the institutions involved, with the doctoral work being carried out under the supervision of a professor from each of the institutions.
