Training is a instrument to improve: the well being; autonomy connection to the "us", to others e to the professional activity; and to skills
- Reconvert and/or update alternative skills to motivation strategies used in a professional context based on punishments, incentives and creation of needs. - Train people to promote, maintain or modify, and renew the quality of motivation in a professional context, in order to create the possibility of realizing any objective or task with vitality, enthusiasm, commitment, positive energy and resilience (strength, persistence, endurance and determination).
People over 23, living in Portugal, who are curious and interested in gaining knowledge and skills to improve the quality of motivation.
1. Identify and promote the quality of motivation, 2. Maintain or modify the quality of motivation, 3. Renew the quality of motivation, 4. Recognize the three psychological needs, 5. Use the three vehicles to intervene in the quality of motivation, 6. Use the three techniques to promote, maintain, or modify and renew the quality of motivation
The six main reasons behind action; The three basic psychological needs; The three vehicles to intervene in the quality of motivation; The three stages of motivation; The six core processes of motivation; The three techniques for promoting, maintaining or modifying motivation.
Content exposure. Group dynamics, associated with problem-based learning methodology Learning through guided discovery (challenges to be carried out by the trainees, within the scope of their activity in addition to the training context, and supported by the trainer, associated with the distance learning dimension of the course).
Distributed evaluation without final exam. 9 contact hours; Classes are mandatory - presence in at least 75% of the contact hours taught.

Selection and ranking criteria
i) Being demonstrably unemployed: 10 points ii) Currently holding a management/leadership position in a formal team/group/organization (public or private): 5 points iii) Being a member of a formal team/group/organization (public or private): 3 points iv) Tie-breaker criterion - Motivation to attend the course through written justification of interest in attending the course, available on the application form: up to 2 points
