Bringing together in a single structure the specific areas, functions and objectives of what are commonly known as the General Archive and the Historical Archive, FLUP's Archive service comprises different aspects.
The Archive holds a set of administrative and historical documents from the different services and its mission is to organise, process and guarantee the preservation, access and dissemination of the documentation of FLUP’s Fund.
Institutional documentation is open to the school community, considering its administrative and legal validity and the safeguarding of individuals' rights - the information should only be used for academic and research purposes.
The Service also provides support for organising, processing and disseminating other archives of relevance to the academic community.
The Archive also has a search platform available via web using the Archeevo description software.
