The Doctoral Programme in Electrical and Computer Engineering (PDEEC) covers the classical areas of Electrical and Computer Engineering (such as energy, communications, electronics, automation, and control) as well as emerging fields (such as robotics, machine learning, intelligent systems, cyber-physical systems, smart grids, and new computing paradigms), all based on technological developments in hardware and software that support and drive new transformative applications in the society we live in.
