Learning objectives
Graduates in Aerospace Engineering will acquire solid, integrated knowledge in the fundamental scientific areas of this engineering: maths and physics, namely materials and structures, fluids and energy, systems and computing. On the basis of this knowledge, Aerospace Engineering graduates will have a holistic view of the field, understanding the main technological challenges, and should be able to contribute to the preliminary design, manufacture and testing of aerospace systems.
These graduates will have the necessary skills to:
- continue their studies in more advanced cycles of Aerospace Engineering and related areas;
- follow the evolution of Aerospace knowledge and technologies throughout their professional career.
