Tuition Fees

Attendance of cycles of studies/study programmes at FEUP is subject to the payment of a tuition fee, which can be settled in a lump sum or in instalments. Students who fail to pay their tuition fees on time will be liable to pay the outstanding amount plus legal interest.

The tuition fee for full-time and part-time students (depending on the number of ECTS credits) is set annually. In addition to the cost of attendance, tuition fees vary according to the student's country of origin:

  • National and foreign students not covered by international student status
  • Students with international student status
  • Students with international student status (PORTUGUESE-SPEAKING COUNTRIES)

Please consult the current fees for each study programme.
