Personal development - Pool de Talentos

This initiative is aimed at final-year degree students and focuses not only on academic success, but also on a set of transversal skills that are indispensable to any professional of excellence.

The FEP Talent Pool is an initiative of the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto (FEP), in collaboration with partner companies, which aims to achieve three main objectives:

Detecting FEP students with high potential and promoting them to companies and potential employers;
To provide a training and development opportunity to all candidates, not only through the feedback they receive from companies in each phase, but also through the workshops provided throughout the process and the stimulated reflection;
To internally and externally recognize the talent of FEP students and their value as future professionals.

This project was launched for the first time in the 2010/2011 academic year, where students are selected by a jury, taking into account a set of criteria defined a priori, which favour, in addition to academic success, a set of transversal skills that are indispensable to any professional of excellence.
