Candidates are challenged with individual and group scenarios while being evaluated by 9 companies from different sectors. In each challenge, the Jury members express qualitative and quantitative feedback about the candidates' performance, thus contributing to their preparation for the job market and skills development. FEP Master's Challenge brings FEP and companies together, promoting resources to strengthen professional development.
The result of the programme will be the annual selection of the three top master students, who have the best performance during their participation in the FEP Master's Challenge.
