Doctoral Programmes at FEP have a duration of eight semesters (4 years), which corresponds 240 ECTS credits.
This study cycle includes the production of an original thesis, suitable to the field of knowledge or expertise, as well as participation in course units dedicated to research training (doctoral course).
The Doctorate degree is awarded to students who have successfully defended a doctoral thesis.
Attending a 3rd cycle programme (doctoral programme) is subject to payment of a tuition fee / annual charge. In the 2023/2024 academic year, the tuition fees for the third cycle programmes will remain unchanged in relation to the previous academic year.
